As goods are custom-made to your specifications, they are generally not eligible for return. However, returns may be accepted by prior arrangement with The Branding Shed and are subject to a handling fee. Customers are responsible for the cost of return freight.
Regarding the supply of unbranded goods in New Zealand, all items delivered may be returned to The Branding Shed under the following conditions:
- The return is initiated within 7 days of delivery.
- The goods are returned in brand new, resalable condition with tags still attached.
- The buyer provides invoice numbers related to the purchase.
- Written permission for the return of the goods is obtained from The Branding Shed Customer Services.
- A full refund of the goods’ price will be issued to the buyer if the goods are returned in accordance with the specified conditions above.
