What are your order minimums?
There are no minimum order requirements. You can make a one-off order or the sky is the limit.
Can you supply bulk orders?

How much will it cost?
To give you an accurate idea of cost, we need to know as much information as you can give us and what you are trying to achieve. It depends on the design, what branding technique you require and the garments you choose. Send us an email to start the process.
Can you supply samples?
We understand the importance of seeing and feeling the product before making a decision. Our showroom is packed full of samples to browse through of our most popular garments from a wide variety of our suppliers.
If you don’t find what you are looking for instore, we have the facility to order in samples on selected garments, please ask if this option is available for you at the time.
Once you have chosen your garments, we are happy to supply sizing samples to fit out your team. These samples sizes will then be used as part of your order.
What if something is out of stock?
Like many other printers, we don’t keep all the apparel options in stock. Instead, we order them from our suppliers after your order is confirmed. Occasionally, an item you’ve selected may be out of stock with our supplier, which is beyond our control. If this happens, we’ll notify you by the next business day. We’ll offer alternative options or provide a full refund for any items that are unavailable.
How do I know what size I need?
You can find a basic size guide here. Body Width is measured flat from seam to seam, typically under the armpits, while Body Length is measured from the shoulder to the hem. Please be aware that measurements may vary by up to +/- 2.5 cm, which is within our supplier’s tolerance.
What is the standard turnaround time?
We aim to have most orders turned around and in your hot little hands within 10 working days. This time frame is dependent on your order size, how much work is required on your logo or design and stock availability but we will always keep the lines of communication open and be upfront if there will be delays.
What format do I need to supply the artwork in?
To ensure a high quality finish and make sure the detail in the design isn’t lost, we like to work with artwork in a vector format like EPS or PDF. If you don’t have one of these files, don’t panic we can take a look at what you do have and try to work some magic for you.
For PRINT we accept the following file formats: CDR, PDF or EPS. Our maximum print area is 40 x 45cm and 300dpi is preferred. For EMBROIDERY we accept CDR, PDF, SVG, PNG or JPG. For best quality 300 dpi is recommended. Larger files generally result in crisper, cleaner results.
What logo placement options are there?

Do you offer relabelling?
Yes, we offer relabelling services exclusively for AS Colour products. The minimum order is 20 units, which can be a mix of different items. The relabelling is handled directly by AS Colour, and we do not add any markup to their pricing. Please note that relabelling typically takes at least one week and may take longer during busy periods. Our 10 working day production time begins once we receive the garments from AS Colour. Often, incorporating your logo into the printed design can be quicker, easier, and more visible to your customers.
What is your quality assurance like?
Our garments are individually hand-checked to ensure the product we supply to you is of the highest quality and meets your expectations.
How do I change my quote or order?
You can request a new quote at any time until production has begun. We will only start production of your order upon receiving written approval from you.
How can I check up on my order?
The best way to check up on your order is by flicking us an email to [email protected] and we will check where production is at and get back to you as soon as we can. If you need to know urgently, you can always give us a call on 07 823 2398.
How do I pay?
Instore we accept cash, eftpos and credit card using paywave or you can pay online via bank transfer prior to collecting your new gear or it being couriered to you.
How do I take care of my print or embroidery?
For the best results, wash inside out on a cool wash. Your branded clothing will last longer if you don’t tumble dry. Use a cool iron on the back side of any print or embroidery, only if necessary.

What if I'm unhappy with my order?
Well that sucks! PLEASE CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY so we can get to the bottom of your disappointment.
